  As another quarter passes by, another set of memories are made. In my ICT subject, I learned how HTML works. Through the activities that we have been doing, I slowly inculcate the learnings and be able to love the real meaning of technology. I was also able to update and improve my blogs. In this another chapter, I encountered couples of problems in managing my time but still, I enjoyed the whole journey.              Ilocos Sur is a province rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage.        Vigan City fiesta is one of the biggest events in the Province of Ilocos Sur.   It is held every January 25 and it features different activities that nourished and promotes our diverse cultures as Bigueños.             The fiesta itself is a manifestation of the Bigueños' love for the history and tradition of Vigan City.   Global warming has emerged as one of the most important environmental issues ever to confront humanity. This concern arises from the fact that our everyday activities may be leading to changes in the earth's atmosphere that have the potential to significantly alter the planet's heat and radiation balance. In recent years, climate change has come into focus as a large issue. I believe that the environment stands as a large challenge to today’s society, because of the how much the world has changed over the years. Currently, I find climate change, renewable energy, and pollution to be the most vital challenges to solve through global communication and awareness.
